    Goddess pose looks very easy, but it quickly will become challenging. With your legs spread further then hip distance and your knees bent, making sure your knees track over your toes you can just really ground into your feet & feel your power. In this pose you can hold this stance statically, or do pulses or even dance. Just make sure you keep your core engaged & and your spine aligned upright.
