Camel pose
Starting in an upright kneeling position Take an inhale and on the exhale the hands go to the base of the back and arch back into a modified camel pose. Inhale back up to the starting position and hands come to the front of the thighs. Continue to move through this with your breath exhaling as you back and inhaling and you come forward.
Repeat 21 times.
