Down dog to up dog
Starting in a forward fold, step the feet back and lift the hips up and back coming into down dog. Spine should be long and neck hanging free.
On the inhale shift the hips forward, coming into up dog in one continuous motion staying on the toes the entire time. Legs are raised off the mat and chest open and lifted.
On the exhale push the hips up and back, returning to down dogs. We will repeat this 21 times moving in time with your breath.
