Pose: Whirling Dervish Variations
One way to do the whirling dervish is to spin around clockwise but if you get dizzy easily I will be showing you my favorite way to do it. Start standing and put your arms out to the side. We will do 21 rounds. Start by moving your torso side to side and flinging your arms. Keep your feet hip distance apart. Turn side to side and follow the arm as it goes back and look back being you when you turn.
