HW: Tibetan Rites
Day 20 Tibetan Rites: Adapted Camel 21x🐪 Today we will practice 1 of the 5 Tibetan Rites for long life. Begin seated with your legs folded. Rise up with your chest aligning to your hips, and your arms down in front of you. Exhale with your hands on your lower back for support as you fold back. If possible when you lower yourself reach the heals of your feet to open yourself up a bit more. Inhale bringing yourself back up so that you’re standing on your knees, exhale and repeat this sequence 21x. As you practice take breaks as needed, you may feel dizzy and may feel comfortable starting with 7x set.
