Exercise/Meditation:
Become aware of the area around the center of your throat, how does it feel? As you keep your attention on the center of your throat become aware of the space around your neck. How does it feel? Be curious like a child. How does it feel to purify? How does it feel to sing from the top of your lungs? To intensive the feeling of that energy center visualize your Vishuddha as a crystal clear space purifying everything that passes through it with each breath. Expand that space into every corner of your neck and shoulders and all around your body. How does the energy of your throat chakra feel?
