Inhale firm through fingers reaching through to your tailbone, exhale staying on the toes flow your heart centre forward keeping your spinal integrity, wrists under shoulders to upward facing dog, cores fully engaged, looking out.If this is alot on your wrists or even for strengthening you can drop the knees to the earth & take a more restorative version, also you can take the 7 rep of each & really feel weather you’re ready to sustain the 21 of all the Rites. Feel into your inner world, your foundations & listen. Inhale hips back up downward facing dog & repeat.
