  • HW The Miracle Morning

    The Miracle Morning (TMM), was originally introduced by Hal Elrod. This one came up with a formula where he combines all the different helpful morning routines into one SUPER-MORNING-ROUTINE. The idea is that you get up 1 hour earlier (preferably before the sun is up +- 6A.M.) and then do each item of the SAVERS for 10 minutes. This ensures that in the first hour of the day; when you still have the most energy and the day is a blank page; you feed your life with things for your inner self. This way you are sure that at the end of the day you are not left with a feeling of “okay, now I have done everything for other people, but nothing for myself.”

    Consistently making this choice to allow yourself to take steps forward ensures that your life can shape up the way you want it to! Our life consists (sometimes unconsciously and unintentionally) of habits, by consciously choosing healthy habits like The Miracle Morning (TMM) you take control of your life.

    SAVERS is an acronym for:

    – Silence / Meditation

    – Affirmations / Gratitude / Mantra

    – Visualisation

    – Exercise

    – Reading (5-10 pages is 1825 – 3560 pages in 1 year -> about 10 books 😉

    – Scribing / Journal writing

    You do each item for 10 minutes. A timer and tight limits is a must to get the most out of the time, this requires the first days/weeks the a lot of discipline! After 3 months you usually have a new habit. So hang in there 🙂 At the same time be kind to yourself, on days that you want to skip try to do at least 1 item or a mini version of it.

    Dashama helped writing the chapter about Exercise. Yoga is an important and nourishing exercise, however, this can also be dancing or running or anything else. Anything where you stretch your body, get your muscles moving and get your heart rate up is good! Release the child in yourself 🙂

    Dashama has adapted TMM in a more concrete way with elements from the yoga philosophy. The adapted version consists of:

    – Meditation / Silence (You listen to The Source)

    – Gratitude Song / Prayer (Affirmations, You talk to The Source)

    – Kriya Mantra (Singing & Cleansing)

    – Reading

    – Journal writing (Affirmations included, as if it was already there)

    – Visualisation (See, smell, feel, experience,… as if you were already in the desired situation. Be as concrete as possible! From here you know better which next steps to take towards your goal).

    – Dancing / Yoga / Jogging /… (Feel the joy and connection with yourself)

    TMM can truly transform your life and help you take consistent steps towards your goals if you allow and allow yourself to. By focusing on what you are grateful for, the Universe will also give you more of these experiences. Where the attention goes the energy flows 🙂

    Such a GREAT practice, and life changing to do this every morning. How are you doing with this Floor? Have you been able to incorporate it into your schedule?

      Hi Sukhi, I did already know the Miracle before this training :-D. Got TMM-book 3 years ago. I do it almost every day. Not 6am, but my first thing of the day is always Silence, Gratitude, Visualisation and Yoga. Most of the time I do the reading and journaling later. It has brought me lots of self-care and fulfilment 🙂

      Some days I skip it, and I always regret it later…
