Hi beautiful Tribes,
In this photo, I share with you my low lunge; this is a variation in the sun salutation C. There are several variations in the sun salutation. This practice is a great way to warm up our body.
Right leg back, then inhale and lift torso and gently stretch torso back lifting your arms back in fire mudra. Always stay connected to your breath.
