Starting in a plank. Inhale up here. And on your next exhale slowly lower yourself down to the ground. Inhale up to cobra lifting your chest up to the ceiling. Make sure to keep your shoulders relaxed and away from your ears. Next exhale lower back to the ground. Curl your toes under and Inhale back up to a strong plank… continue on with San salutations.
