    Melt your heart down to the earth 🌎 ♥️ be mindful of any knee or lower back discomfort, pop a blanket under your knees If you feel called to or for your back between the hamstrings & your calf muscles tucked underneath you. Immerse into the earth & restore here in child’s pose.
