HW: Standing Balance
Airplane + Warrior III
Starting in a high lunge. Shift your weight into the front leg, rooting down into the front foot. When your ready fold forward at the waist and lift the back foot off the mat. Hips should still be squared to the front of the mat and level. The body should be in one straight line from the crown of the head to the back toes. Focus your gaze on a single point in front of you and extend the arms straight out to the sides for airplane or in front for Warrior III.
