    Pose- Tree Pose

    Ground into the left foot as you lift up your right leg. Use your hand to guide your right foot into your left thigh. Focus your drishti in front of you and pick a spot thats not moving to help you stay balanced. Press your palms into prayer position in front of your heart.

    Great! With any one sided pose, make sure to include instruction on doing it on the other side as well to keep in balance. 🙂
