If you start by balancing, it can be challenging enough, you can also stick to a wall. If it’s available to you, then open your knee to the left, and see if you can place your left foot on the inside of the thigh. If it is too difficult, you can start with the toes close to the floor, or the foot up to your calf. But make sure the foot is not just above the knee. Find your balance. Henda in front of heart, look in front of you. You can try different hand positions. For example, over your head, you can take your left hand down on your left leg, and your right arm will come up.
