Standing in your high lunge – root down in your right foot and using your core and your glutes – slowly lift your left leg and come forward on your right leg. Find your stillness as you bring your left leg parallel to the floor. Your have a couple options for your hands here. You can bring your arms straight in front of you and join your hands together in the center – this is warrior three. Another option is to have your arms out and back to the side. Your spine is straight as you are gazing down. Take a few breaths here. . . Then slowly and gracefully move back into your high lunge.
