    Starting in a high lungeNext inhale leaned forward towards your front leg, exhale your arms behind you. When you are ready, inhale lift your back leg off the ground while straightening your front leg. Arms can be at heart center, back in airplane or above your head. Be sure to focus on something in front of you that doesn’t move. It doesn’t matter how high your back foot comes off the ground and if you fall out of it gently just get back into it. Continue to breath.
    (After a few breaths) exhale the back leg down coming onto your toes, and inhale arms and chest back up into high lunge.
    Repeat on other side.
