HW: Standing Balance
Shifting your weight to the left leg, bend the right leg and wrap it around the left leg, hooking the toes around the right calf.
Coming into eagle pose, inhale the arms open wide, left arm stays on top, right arm wraps around.
Hands in prayer position, and in front of the face, looking through your hands. Looking forward but seeing in both directions, this is called eagle vision.
Breathing, balanced and focused.
