Reverse Prayer Pose (Viparita Namaskara Asana)
Relax shoulders.
Begin to reach hands behind your back with palms touching, fingers pointing towards the sky. If you can touch your fingertips you can begin to push upward by placing pressure at fingertips. Ideally palms will be pressed together.
From here we can begin to workshop the shoulders.
Ten shoulder circles forward.
Ten shoulder circles backward.
Slowly inhale and exhale.
You will feel your shoulders loosen at the exhale as you relax yourself.
