Seated side bend with neck massage
Started in easy seated position with your legs crossed. Inhale and lengthen your spine. Exhale drop your right ear to your right shoulder. Take a your right hand and gentle push down on your head to feel the nice stretch on your left side. You can place your left hand to the side or even under breath you. Or you can start to give yourself a neck massage. Using your fingers or buckles go ahead and gentle massage your neck from your shoulder to head. And if you find a right spot you can gentle apply more pressure using what we call acupuncture. Really continue breathing into the pain to loosen the tension.
(After a few breaths) exhale and realize your hands and neck returning back to center.
Repeat on other side.
