    Dissolve in stiff shoulders, lapel table top ❤️ Lift hips up off the mat. Push your hips forward. And you can put your head back if it feels comfortable, or keep your head forward. Breathe into your shoulders. You can rock back and forth. Take a deep breath ❤️ And gently lower yourself.
