Eagle pose can be done seated or standing. We will do the seated variation. From seated position cross your right leg over your left leg in cow face. Then open your arms wide and bring them together and cross your right arm under your left arm. Try to bring your palms together. You can also place the back of your hands together. Do whatever is available to you today. Keep your back straight and lift your arm. Keep this pose for three breaths and we will do the other side
