Pose: Thread the Needle
From tabletop, inhale and reach your right arm up and chest to the sky while keeping your left hand and knees grounded. Then thread your right arm underneath your left arm (in between your arm and your leg). Slide your right shoulder all the way down to the mat. You can extend your left arm straight above for balance. Shift your right fingertips and shoulder to the left until you feel a nice stretch in your shoulder. Keep your shoulders rolled back away from your ears. Hold the pose and continue on the other side.
