Cow face + Arch Massage
In a seated position, place the right leg over the left with the knees stacked on top of each other. Feet can be either pulled in close to get a deeper hip stretch or positioned away from the body for lessen the stretch.
Place the hands on the bottom of the feet and push on using the palm to massage the soles of the feet.
You can also go deeper into the massage by bringing the hands into prayer hands and twisting to the right. Then use the left elbow to massage the arch and outer edge of the foot.
Now switch the legs around and massage the left foot.
