Pose: Neck & Shoulder Massage Variations
Start sitting in a seated position also called easy pose or, Sukhasana. Inhale and sit up straight lengthening the spine. Take the right hand over the top of the head and place the hand lightly by the ear. Take the right ear the the right shoulder and breathe into any tension here.Don’t push down with the right hand but rather pull up and out. Using your left hand, massage your neck whenever you feel called and wherever hold the most tension. Use your fingers or your knuckles and really massage this area with love. Repeat on the other side.
