Self massage yoga is an essential for the toolkit of life! Been my saviour so many times just to bring awareness of an issue in my body an imbalance that needs addressing.
If you have a tight lower back through hips. Sit up on a cushion or a folded towel or blanket 🙏
So here we begin in easy pose, sukasana & then cross your right knee over your left, if you’ve got some lovely extra cushioning in your thighs you may need to snuggle your knees together abit more using your palms. Sitbones to your mat evenly & keep both heels by your hips or further from the hips for more depth.
Inhale lengthen through your spine, tail to crown & exhale release yourself from any low vibes or anything that’s holding you as we begin to massage into the arch of both feet, use the strength of your thumb & kneed here. Feeling at first then add pressure & really go for it! It’s so worth it.
