HW: Pranayama
My favorite from all the forms of breathwork in the module is holotropic. think really enjoy more activating types of breathwork such as holotropic. I love this form of breathwork because I feel it helps me to cleanse and release negative beliefs and traumas from my body and help me to re-program my birth trauma. This type of breathwork is so different from “regular” calming pranayama because it’s more activating. I literally feel like I am cleansing out old paradigms. I often get tetany in my hands which shows I have stuck energy in the body. I work with this type of breathwork weekly in order to get this unstuck ! I am really interested in this type of breathwork as well as shamanism so this was really fun for me ! 🙂
