    Breathing Practice 1:Nadi Shodhana

    Take your right hand and fold your pointer finger and middle finger down, using your ring finger and thumb….

    Plug your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through your left nostril for 8 seconds. Then, plug both nostrils (the right with the thumb and the left with the ring finger) and hold for 8 seconds, retaining the breath. Release the thumb on the right nostril and exhale for 8 seconds. Inhale through the right nostril for 8 seconds (keeping the left nostril plugged). Then plug both nostrils again and hold for 8 seconds.

    Repeat this for as long as you like!
