10 Breaths to Bliss: This practice can be done sitting down, on a chair or leaning up against something. If you have troubles with dizziness or fainting, then I would recommend lowering the intensity of this practice for your individual needs. The more intense the breaths, the more energy you will be giving that could lead to dizziness. We will be inhaling and exhaling 10 times through your nose while we are moving our bodies. When we inhale we lengthen up and on the exhale we bend over. On the 10th time, we end forward on the exhale and come back up and then hold our breath for 30 seconds.
