    10 Breaths of Bliss;
    In a seated position- hands to knees, begin by inhaling a deep breath through the nose and sit up tall, exhale through the nose, fold forward, elbows out to each side. We will repeat this breath 10 times. On the 10th time, inhale through the nose, sit up tall and retain the breath for 30 seconds. Focus your awareness at the center of the forehead, then slowly release. Repeat this exercise 3 times. This Pranayama will assist in deepening meditation, help to balance your spirit and relieve anxiety.
