HW: Pranashama YTT Manual sequence
I’m just posting a short video of me practicing my favourite sequence from the Pranashama manual – yoga Surya Namaskar (sun salutation). I always start my daily practice with a few rounds of this, such a great way to start and energise myself. To begin my practice I would only complete one or two rounds for each side before moving on or otherwise I would complete up to five rounds for a whole practice in itself. This sequence is so easy and so adjustable if you want to feel more open, or work on certain areas, you can add extra poses such as going into full splits from the half splits or stay for an extra few breaths in each pose to make the practice more of a cool down. Sun Salutations is a great basis for your own practice – take it at your own pace and in your own style !! :):)</div>
