    Forearm Side Plank
    Come on to your left side with the left forearm resting on the mat. Elbow is aligned under the shoulder and legs are stacked on top of each other. Inhale and on the exhale lift the hips high and raise the right arm up straight.
    If you need some added support you can also place your right leg in front.
