HW: Planking Series
Pose: Side Forearm Plank
Rest your left forearm down on the mat and keep your shoulder in line with your elbow. It should all stay in a straight line. Take a deep breathe and life up through your waist. Stack your feet on top of each other and stay from in your arm while pulling it toward your feet. Make sure you are lifting your hip up. Open your right arm straight up to the sky or overhead.
