    First, come into Downward Dog.

    Lift right leg into Down Dog Split, as high as you can.

    We are going to open the hip by bending right knee. Begin to place more weight onto left hand and foot.

    You will drop left toes onto ground, “flipping the dog.”

    Lift core and stretch arm back.

    This will be a tremendous stretch!

    Take three deep breathes here.

    Return right leg and hand to Down Dog.

    Repeat on opposite side.
