I chose this because I had never tried and I was successful!The two poses that I feel will help to warm up this pose are: Planche Planks and Crow Pose. This pose is a really strong arm balance and works your core! The plan he planks warm up the wrists and shoulders. The Crow Pose helps to work the balance, abs, and shoulders!
