HW: Peak Pose
Full Bow Pose
My favorite peak pose during this series is Full Bow Pose. I enjoy strengthening my back bends and love how this pose opens everything up. Two poses I like to do to warm up for this pose are cobra pose and puppy pose.
To begin I start by lowering down in chaturanga, inhale as I push up from my hands into a cobra pose. Exhale and push back into puppy pose, bringing your chest towards the ground with your hips towards the sky and your hands reaching in front of you. Release myself onto my stomach, inhale as I grab my feet with my hands and come into full bow pose.
