From a tabletop position, on all fours, walk the hands forwards so you melt your heart toward the mat. Keep your hips high over the knees, and enjoy a beautiful deep stretch through the thoracic and cervical spine. Depending on your bone structure and neck flexibility you can either rest your forehead on the floor or your chin if its available to you. You should also feel an opening in the shoulders as you reach the arms out parallel in front of you and soften the armpits down. If its a little too much to start with , you can place a block under your head.
