Drop the right ear the the right shoulder. Exhale and roll your chin down to the chest 180 degrees all the way to the left. Keep your chin tucked in. Make sure to breathe with this movement. If it feels good to you, stop in any place that feels extra tender and hold there and breathe. I like to imagine that I am sending healing light and breathe of expansiveness to my neck when I breathe in.
