Puppy pose.
Starting on your hands and knees walk your hands towards the top of your mat as far as you can while reaching your chest towards the ground. Keep you hips above your knees.
Retract your shoulders, this will help stretch the back, and keep your arms straight. Once you have sunk you heart comfortably to the earth, look forward between your hands. You may want to put a block under your chest to help support you in this position.
You should feel this deeply in your shoulders, back and arms, but it is a great heart opener as well!
