Rabbit pose
Begin table top position. Take an inhale and on the exhale go down to your elbows and clasp your hands together. Place the top of your head down to the mat in between your hands. Now slowly walk your knees towards your chest so that your back is rounded. You can leave your hands clasped around your head or you can reach them back and grab your feet. Continue to take deep breaths really feeing the stretch in your back and neck.
(After a few breaths) place you hands on the mat underneath you shoulders and on yo ur next inhale gently press back up to table top position.
