HW: Neck Healing
Here are some neck movements to help take care of your mind body temple.
First, in a seated position, bringing forth straight spine awareness. Can bring arms up over head and arch back to help straighten spine.
Be careful with neck and listen to your body.
Reaching one arm to other knee, slowly turn head via neck exhaling, hold, and exhale more as you slowly turn a little more. Hold for a moment or two, make sure to breath and release back to center.
Next we have, from standing position, bend forward with straight spine.
Using hands, place behind back of neck with hands together. Move elbows together as you pull the back of your neck inward with straight spine awareness.
For the third movement, in seat position, take one hand to other side of head.
Slowing pull head down, careful with neck. Feel the stretch and notice the difference with head being in middle or back a bit.
