    From Plank Pose alternate palms to opposite shoulder.

    Attempt to keep hips even as though a glass of water could remain sitting on lower back. This is a goal rather than a reality for me at this point.

    This exercise will require muscles in your entire body.

    Continue for 30-60 seconds.
