    Low lunge with prayer twist.
    Downward facing dog is where we will begin.
    Hips to the sky, palms frog gripped to the earth, peddle out both feet & lengthen your body. Toes to crown, toes to fingertips.
    Inhale right leg to the sky, exhale step right foot through both palms, support your being through your palm to earth connection, inhale lengthen spine & release your hips towards the ground. Press into the top of your left foot & ground into your right stabilise here.
    Inhale palms to hips or prayer at your heart. Exhale settle further, inhale palms above your head prayer position, exhale twist to your right. Left elbow to outer right thigh, open up through both shoulders. Ground deeply & engage your centre. Breathing, looking over your right shoulder.
    Exhale palms back to the earth frame right foot, inhale step back to downward facing dog for the next side.
