HW: Morning yoga energizer
I struggle with this pose, I struggle to get the height with the left leg, but hopefully once I become more flexible this will improve 🙂
From downward dog
Inhale the left leg tot he sky, lengthen the hamstrings as you ground into the palms
As you exhale, the left knee comes to the left shoulder, then to the right shoulder
Squeezing the core
Inhale, left leg goes back to the sky
Repeat 5 times
