HW: Miracle Mornings
Thank you song, Gratitude Prayer, Kryia Mantra, Journal Writing, Visualization, and finally Dancing. These are the steps for the Miracle Morning. This practice has transformed my mornings. I had already started my day with meditation and movement, but adding in the gratitude song and prayer starts my day in gratitude and helps me focus on all the good I do have in my life. The Kryia helps my center and focus so I can make the most of the rest of the morning routine. Then adding in journaling and visualization makes me focus on what I want my life to look like and how to get there.
