    1. Gratitude Song-Moves your energy and put you int a good vibration for the day. Singing helps to activate your throat chakra for confidence and your vagus nerve to nurture and sooth yourself. Gratitude is one of the most highest frequencies so it is also beneficial for that reason.
    2. Gratitude Prayer- Placing your hands at your heart activates your heart center <3 What you give out, you receive right back! This prayer will help you to connect to the divine and surrender to divine intelligence as well as manifest greatness for you.
    3. Kriya Mantra- Helps you to connect with the high vibration inside of you. Your highest version of self that guides you. Helps you to connect with that space no matter what is going on inside or outside of you. And allows you to stay connected to miracles
    4. Journal Writing- Help you keep track pf your thoughts and ideas as well as promotes you to write out your daily gratitude list. Can help you to work though negative times and transmute negative emotions by being grateful for things.
    5. Vizualization- Helps you to produce the feelings as if you already have what you wish for. Which helps to put our into the universe that you are NOT lacking it and therefore the universe will bring more of it to you!
    6. Dancing- Movement helps to move any stagnant energy and helps you to move through any emotions you may be feeling. A simple 10 minute dance practice can totally transform your mood. Dancing also helps you to connect with the flow of the universe, of the divine. Good workout and good cardio as well.
