- Gratitude song: I am the light of my soul or any other music to sing to, to elevate vibration and expression that brings in positive energy and words to soak into the mind first thing in the morning
- Gratitude prayer: thanking everything you have out loud listing and focusing your attention on all that you already have and bring in feelings of abundance
- Kriya mantra: a mantra of answered prayers which goes like this:

Knowing your prayers are answered and god/source/universe loves you leaves you connected and open to everything that comes your way that day
- Journaling: spend time writing down what you are grateful for and what you are wanting to release from the mind and emotions and what you will be bringing in for your future self, forgiving anything in the past or allowing yourself to express yourself any way you need to
- Visualization: spend time immersing yourself in what you want to bring in, see it in first person perspective if you can get detailed as possible bring in the feelings associated with having what you want already and live in the end
- Dancing: move stagnant energy and get the blood pumping and heart activated and bring in positive vibes and really let go and flow with sound and vibration and using the intention of movement and breath to create a new state and release the old energy of lack and suffering,
Alternatively you can swap any of these with also a 10 min reading exercise, and read any book you want. You can also swap out dancing for any other type of fun activity of your choosing like painting or drawing or walking in nature.
