HW Miracle Morning
The miracle morning is a great way to start your day. It’s a six part practice and you do each part for ten minutes. The six parts are:
1. Reading – you want read something for ten minutes. It can be anything but make sure it is interesting and intriguing for you to ignite the spark within you. 2. Meditation/Visualization – a good visualization to do is to see you having a good day. This is super power flip to help focus on the good and strive to achieve your goals. Your mind doesn’t know the difference between visualizing and actually happening so if you see yourself having a good day or succeeding then the day will follow that. 3. Journaling – journal for ten minutes. We want to focus on the good not the bad. A gratitude journal or I am affirmations are good ones to do. Both of these make your brain focus on the good in your life. They say you are what you think so start your day off thinking of the positives in your life and your day will follow. 4. Kriya/Prayer/Mantra – you can also you affirmations here as well. You want to find a positive mantra/prayer/Kriya that you can say out loud for ten minutes. It can be spoken or sang. 5. Yoga/Exercise – you want to move your body for ten minutes. This can be doing yoga or running or dancing. Moving your body first thing in the morning is important for so many things like joints, digestive system, mental health and so many other things. 6. Singing – the gratitude song is a great way to start your day. It thanks the universe for your life and for being able to live another day.
The miracle morning has so many benefits. It puts you in a positive mindset to take with you throughout your day. It helps wake your system and get it going. It helps lower stress so you aren’t taking it with you throughout your day. It is recommended to do a full hour but if you are unable to do that do each session for 5 minutes for a total of 30 minutes.
