    The Miracle Morning is a wonderful way to start your day. With six steps allowing you to make steady progress in areas significant for personal development, without being overwhelmed or worrying about fitting so many things into a busy schedule. The Flow State version of the Miracle Morning is a little different but really enlivening, and includes Singing, Prayer, Kriya Mantra, Journaling, Visualisation and dance. These things are beautifully juxtaposed with the original Hal Elrod recipe but for example, instead of affirmations, we have Kriya, super focused whole healing mantra. In order, we start with Singing, and this is a specific song of getting us into the positive and open mindset of Gratitude right from the moment we wake. Following this is a spoken prayer, getting specific about all the things in the world, the broad every day things we are actually grateful for but often take for granted, such as the air we breathe. Then, we have a Kriya practice, shifting our energy and with movement, practice mind over matter leaving us with a sense of achievement very quickly as this practice can be a little taxing – it needs determination and ease to complete. The next is journaling, writing again in a positive tone all the things we are grateful for and ideas we have. With each step we are getting into a deeper layer of gratitude and having everything on paper really cements our intention for the universe. The next step of visualisation gives us the opportunities to see where we want to get to…Envisioning the result of this work, how we see ourselves, our home, what we do, honing our goal so we start to get really clear on where we would like to be and starting to feel that we are already there. The last part, dance, helps to shift any blocked energy , gives us the 10 minutes of exercise we need to boost our bodies at the start of the day and really locks in the feel good created by the previous steps. As someone who used to dance and sing regularly, I forgot how freeing these two practices were for me. I am sure any time in my life I have been in a state of flow, these activities have been close by – dancing for me is freeing and it was both a perfect finish to a practice and the start of a Miracle Morning. I was ready to go after this…💛 With a regular morning commitment to this programme, even if you have to get up an hour earlier, the amount you can achieve in ten minute chunks is absolutely worth waking up for. I can absolutely see how by taking small steps, every day in a manageable way can be a gamechanger with how you run your time, your mind and ultimately where you end up and when. Just imagine how positive the world would be if everyone could get on board with a ritual like this…
