⤵️ Inhale, ground your feet into the earth, spread your toes and lift your arches.
⤵️ Exhale, bend forward, palms reaching towards the earth.
⤵️ Relax your neck and head
⤵️ Let gravity move you deeper into the pose.
💡 If your hamstrings are tight, slightly bending the knees will help release the spine.
