HW: Mantra Vinyasa Flow
Pigeon Pose;
From a seated position, leave the right knee bent against your mat, in front of you. Extend the left leg straight behind you, slight internal rotation of the inner thigh of your left leg. Adjust so that your hips are square with the front of your mat, long spine. Inhale, and exhale folding forward, elbows to mat, palms together. Chant the following mantra, 7x each; Lam, Vam, Ram, Yam, Ham, Aum, Om 💫This mantra and flow will encourage harmony in the body, emotions and mind. 💫
